Do you feel like you are just getting through each day? And that you never have quite enough time to do everything and feel alive? Are you feeling exhausted or constantly wired or over-stimulated?

Nourish your ‘self’ with restorative and revitalising Hatha Yoga, breathing practices, Yoga Nidra, some time out and an optional hot springs soak.

This weekend is designed to enhance the relaxation response, which is an important key to healthy organs, optimally operating endocrine glands, adrenal glands, and mental and emotional balance.

Experience spaciousness and simplicity in action. Explore conscious breath and learn tools to systematically address the tensions in the body, mind and emotions to induce a deep state of relaxation. You will also receive inspirational information for adapting these techniques into your daily life.

Restorative Yoga, breathing practices and Yoga Nidra are key practices to equip yoga aspirants with yogic skills and techniques for self support. These methods will assist in the release of deep muscular, mental and emotional tension, inducing calmness and clarity for a range of life and health situations.

Fill up your fuel tank and learn how to feel healthy and vital all day, every day. You will enjoy delicious food and good company all weekend, and there will be an opportunity to relax at nearby hot pools (not included in retreat price).
