Come join Phoebe, and reignite your inner fire for this special new moon candlelit class.
Awaken the power of will and determination and manifesting your intention under the magic of the new moon. Working with the fire element and Manipura chakra, prepare to embody strength and passion, burning through any illusion that you are less than who you truly are.

When the moon is completely dark in the sky and there is little light to shine on the surroundings, it is a time to look inside, and connect with your inner Truth for guidance and understanding.
This 90-minute class begins with an hour of hatha yoga postures to build heat, strength, and clear blockages, and ends with a Yoga Nidra, or Yogic Sleep. Prepare to leave rejuvenated and deeply relaxed on physical, mental, and emotional levels.

Limited space, booking essential
$39/30-day unlimited passes and $16/one-week unlimited passes are not valid for this class. If you are on one of these two promotional passes you'll need to purchase a single class pass to attend.
