The Wellness Station brings to you a drop-in retreat day celebrating Mother's Day & the Feast Marlborough Yoga Brunch on Sunday May 13th at The Vines Village, 193 Rapaura Rd.

Hosted by the Vines Village Cafe under the Stretch & Co. Bedouin tent, a variety of yoga, pilates and meditation classes will be on offer. Whether you have finished the Vineyard Half Marathon or just want to jkoin in on some fun and relaxing classes then come along for a fresh coffee, smoothie or brunch, and take a class with a loved one and stay for a massage.

A series of stretch and yoga classes will be running from 9am.

Timetable draft (subject to change):
- 9:00am - 9:30am - Yoga
- 9:45am - 10:15am - Muscle release/stretch (spikey balls)
- 10:30am - 11:00am - Pilates
- 11:15am - 11:45am - Balance
- 12:00pm - 12:30pm - Tai Chi/Qi Gong
- 12:45pm - 1:15pm - Meditation & Breathing
- 1:30pm - 2:00pm - Yoga
- 2:15pm - 2:45pm - Pilates

$15 per class. Book online, or bring cash on the day. BYO mats, or $2 to hire.
