Starting 14th October and ending 11th November, this 4-session course is for anyone who wants to learn about mindfulness or deepen their practice. The emphasis is on understanding how to practice mindfulness while also delving into the science of how the practices move us from living on auto-pilot towards feeling more alive and present in our life.

The dates are: Sundays 14th October, 28th October, 4th November, 11th November (5;30 - 6:30)

Topics Covered:
- What is mindfulness and what are the benefits?
- The science; how does mindfulness work?
- Techniques for applying mindfulness in daily life
- Guidance and support for establishing and/or sustaining a formal mindfulness practice
- How to work with unhelpful thinking patterns and reactive emotional states
- Exploring ways to cultivate more happiness and engagement in life
