Arrested Development

Fresh from Wellington's kaleidoscopic music scene, and finishing a short South Island tour, Midnight Vagaries play an evening show at Le Cafe in Picton.

Members Michaela Manley (sax/keys/voice/guitar) and Richard Flintoff (Bass) produce a sound which has been described as 'PJ Harvey and Jeff Buckley jam with Arrested Development then take a jazz-tinged detour...' and marry seductive rhythms with height scaling vocals and metaphorical lyricism.

Tonight's show will be as a two piece, stripped back and low-fi, with sumptuous guitar and piano/electric bass tunes from the band set.
