When everything is changing, the only constant is “me”. Explore the “me” experience when collaborating in innovative environments.

Creativity is defining the future of work and is key to flexibility and resilience in the face of disruption - it’s the third most important skill for the Future of Work 2020 according to the World Economic Forum. The new creative economy has innovative businesses moving to introduce entirely new creative skill-sets into their organisations. In this Masterclass, Aithan shows that creativity and the learnings and tools from artists of all different lineages can be applied to any other industry and any other expertise that we need in order to find absolutely new solutions.

How do you ensure you are meeting the changing needs of your organisation and your customers when you’re working with dynamic roles, shifting objectives/priorities, demanding deadlines, and oscillating teams? This will be a hands-on workshop with a live jazz trio. You will come away from an immersive experience that gives you a framework for how we show up in the overtones and undertones of collaboration. Perform better under pressure and thrive in moments where you need to innovate by collaborating with others to move forward. You will walk away having pushed your learning edge, optimised how you engage in high performing teams, and ready to thrive in change.
