Practical 3-hour workshop

You know you need to be communicating with your clients and followers, but you’re not quite sure of the best way to do it. Now is your chance to equip yourself with the knowledge to send beautiful newsletters and effectively communicate with your tribe.
MailChimp helps millions of customers - from e-commerce shops to online retailers and service providers - find their audience, engage their customers, and build their brand.
Whether you need to sell your products, share some big news, or tell a story, their campaign builder makes it easy to create email campaigns that best suit your message. You will have a Mailchimp account already, but you haven’t sent m(any) campaigns yet.

In this workshop you will learn:

- How to set up a template with your branding - your logo, your colours
- How to use the easy campaign builder to create engaging and well-designed email newsletters and how to insert photos and format everything
- How to use lists to manage contacts (and add contacts)
- How to set up signup forms and use it in social media + how to link the newsletter to Facebook
- How to access and read your MailChimp reports to see how well you are connecting with your audience (and how to improve your open rates)

At the end of this workshop you will be comfortable moving around Mailchimp and creating your own campaign.

Numbers are limited to a small group of participants.
Optional add-on: one on one follow up assistance after the workshop.
