We are delighted to welcome Graeme North back to Taranaki to lead a 2-day workshop at Peihana Farm in the sheltered valley of Okoki, Urenui.

Graeme North (FNZIA) is a NZ registered architect with experience spanning over 45 years with hundreds of earthen projects alone to his credit. He is well known nationally and internationally for his expertise and contribution to the art and technology of natural building and eco-architecture.

His designs specialise in the use of mud brick or adobe, cob and other earth building methods; straw bale building, earthen and lime plasters. www.ecodesign.co.nz

This workshop is hands-on and you will learn everything you need to know to build your own pizza oven. The cost includes delicious am/pm teas and lunches, notes and knowledge.

Typically workshops at Peihana Farm are tailored to groups of 12pax so be in quick to reserve your space.

There is nothing quite like cooking out of an earth oven!
