All Ages

Enrollments for 2018 Term 1 now open.

The drama classes are suitable for only children aged from 7 to 14 years of age. Children will explore freedom of expression, speak clearly and gain personal confidence - this series of classes will develop personal confidence in self-expression.

Drama concepts.

At Kaiwaka Drama Club we (Hannah Louise Dave Edwards) tutors, provide a safe and nurturing environment for 6-15 year aged children. The atmosphere is non-competitive and one of cooperation - non-touching, caring environment.

Our major intention is the encouragement of individuality with creativity, increasing self-confidence and self-esteem, promote diverse expression for all children who attend. Our emphasis with this age group is on vocal dexterity, creative play and improvisation of characters, with added dance, body and musical expression. These aspects are taught in a manner that extends beyond what is offered at most schools.

All classes conclude with a performance for the community and maybe involved raising funds for worthy causes in our area.
