General Hatha Yoga to improve breathing, posture, balance, strength & flexibility & to combat the dreaded “adrenal fatigue”.

Shelley Charlton has been practising yoga since 1999 and became a Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher in 2006. She is also the only graduate of Yoga Sport Science in New Zealand (since 2013).
