A talk by Dr Megan Donahue, president of the American Astronomical Society.

The deceptively simple question: What is our galaxy made of? sparks an amazing story about black holes, the gas that lurks around galaxies, and the lessons we have learned through studying galaxy clusters.

In her talk, Dr Megan Donahue, president of the American Astronomical Society, will discuss how the James Webb Space Telescope, successor to the Hubble Space Telescope, will help us uncover the secrets of the universe when it's launched in 2021.

Limited numbers, bookings essential. Book at the Info Desk or at the website.
