2½ hour class.

Join us in today’s hands on workshop class to learn the techniques of knife handling, fish filleting & cooking the perfect fillet. You will receive a step by step demonstration on the techniques before you practise filleting two fish yourself with guidance from your chef, then sit down to a delicious lunch of freshly cooked seafood with seasonal flavours to match.

Complimentary beverage on arrival.
Bar open from 10.45am onwards. Class starts promptly at 11am.
