Join us in today’s hands-on workshop class to learn the techniques of knife handling, fish filleting & hot smoking the perfect fillet. You will receive a step by step demonstration on the techniques before you practise filleting 2 fish yourself with guidance from your chef, then sit down to a delicious meal of freshly cooked seafood with seasonal flavours to match.

Bar opens at 10:30am. Class starts promptly at 11am.
