A Testimonial from a student on the first Dru Yoga Teacher Training in New Zealand 2014-2017:
"What struck me about Dru and what has grown in the last 4 years is an awareness that there lies within Dru, the teachings and those who teach and share this style of yoga, a deep integrity.
Having practiced and taught other traditions, I have found in Dru a path in yoga which feels complete, creative, transformational and fun!! There is a wonderful balance of play and lightness, depth and meaning".

"I have a large list of positive, transformative experiences which I know have come as a result of practicing and sharing Dru yoga, too many to expound on here. What I would share is just a few which have been hugely significant: a growing self awareness, self love and self belief; a more defined and refined sense of purpose and with this, a growing determination and dedication to serve and share; an expansion of understanding of who we really are and how important it is for each of us to be compassion in action for the healing that needs to happen in our world; a joy and excitement in life; personal relationships which have become peaceful and positive; a comprehension and connection with energy, how it flows, where it flows, the incredible benefits of the awareness of this".

"I am so grateful to the lineage of teachers and teachings which have brought this style of yoga to me. Om Shanti Shanti Shanti. Thank you!!!" - Rebecca, Blenheim, NZ
