Learn how to make a variety of fresh cheeses such as feta, halloumi, mozzarella, ricotta and mascarpone.

This hands-on class makes cheese-making easy and accessible to anyone and will give you the knowledge and recipes to make your own cheese easily in your own kitchen.

The March and November workshop will cover fresh cheeses such as mozzarella, ricotta and mascarpone and in the June workshop haloumi, quark and cottage cheese will be covered.
