All children need a place where they can feel at home, with their wider whānau or caregivers who can give them aroha, a place of belonging and connection with family, whakapapa, and culture.

When children can’t stay where they usually do, caregivers are there for them until they are able to return home. What could be more important than caring for a child in need?

There’s no doubt that being a caregiver can be hard – but the rewards can be amazing.

Come along to our Horowhenua info evening to find out more about the different ways that you can care for tamariki. You’ll learn about the application process, the support that’s provided to help you and your family make the best decisions, and the things that you should think about before you take the next step.

To find out more about the session and to RSVP, get in touch with us on 0508 CARERS (0508 227 377).

Your aroha can make all the difference.
