Come along – you never know who you might meet & what difference it can make to your day or life!

Join us for our Business 101 workshop led by our HR experts in the form of Joan & Nina.
Our HR experts will be covering various topics ranging from:
- The different types of employment agreements
- The 90-day trial period: pitfalls and how to activate
- How to manage change in the workplace (including redundancies)
- Holiday pay calculations
- Managing performance
- Personal Grievances
- Long-term sick leave and how to manage it
- Views on the changes to the domestic violence act.

This will be an evening workshop which would follow the following format:

5:30PM – Arrival, drinks, nibbles and networking
6:00pm – Presentation from Joan & Nina (our HR experts)
8:00pm – Q&A
8:30pm to 9:00pm – drinks, nibbles & networking

This workshop will be facilitated by our HR experts Joan & Nina. Joan is a generalist HR professional with extensive knowledge & experience in establishing and maintaining HR procedures. Nina has 14 years of rich HR experience from working in medium to large organisations.Nina specialises in effective people management and planning. She has worked in many industries including manufacturing, FMCG, public sector, construction and natural health.
