Join us on a dive into a new state of consciousness. Find Inner peace, Unconditional Love and Freedom From Stress on your journey.

The journey will include:
- Guided Meditation
- Vocal release through Kirtan (Ancient Mantra)
- Guided Circular breathing with Live Music Soundscape
- Reflection

Circular breath-work is the application of entering a new state of consciousness by opening different sensors in the body by breathing and activating anyone's natural capacity for healing.

During the session, you will be able to enter a unique state of consciousness where memories, sensations, images & recollections rise to the surface to be reviewed, released and integrated.

There are uncountable experiences one can go through!

Participants have experienced:
- vocalisations, fresh insights
- release of blockages
- ecstasy, pain
- spiritual connectedness &
- energy rush or a renewed sense of purpose

This is something to get thrilled about as the participants will be joined by NZ Spirit Festival Co-Founders Nikki Rhodes & Franko Heke who'll take the participants on this personal journey of internal spiritual exploration. The Workshop following a centering meditation will begin with the heart-opening practice of Kirtan.

There will be a detailed explanation on the process of the Breath technique which will be accompanied by a live soundscape.
