Fusion Ayurveda

New to NZ and led by Gaye Buckingham renowned Ayurveda practitioner, Reiki master, Nutritional therapist, Massage therapist, Yoga teacher and founder of the College of Mind, Body and Spirit College, Adelaide.

Assisted by Ayurveda practitioner and local physiotherapist Robyn Mourie, Manakau, NZ.

Prepare and taste several nutritious dishes, no need to bring your own lunch! We will be eating and sampling from all the dishes we make. Includes a take home 20 page recipe book.

Dishes made usually include:
- Ghee - An essential high density Lipoprotein in that cleans the bloodstream by removing harmful cholesterol 'A good fat'.

- Paneer - A delicious home-made cheese that can be prepared and eaten in so many mouth watering ways.

- One Pot Meals - Simple spiced breakfast lunch and dinners that take less than 10 minutes to prepare.

- Cleansing Kitchari - A high protein delicious and nourishing meal for when the digestive system needs a break.

- Soup - Filled with vitamins and minerals, rich in flavour, high in protein and perfect for cold winter nights.

- Sacred Chai - Learn the art of blending spices with or without tea leaves for a sky smooth energising cuppa.

- Chutney - Easy ways to introduce the 6 taste into your daily eating with beautiful spiced fruit chutney.

- Dhals - High in protein, low in fats, easy to prepare and hearty dishes can be eaten as a main or a side dish.

- Koftas - Spiced chickpea and vegetable balls served with rich and hearty spiced sauces.
