Learn to move in ways that are Easy. Effortless. Elegant.

Join this small-group class for Awareness Through Movement lessons that are grounded in movement, mindfulness and self-discovery.

Each lesson will help you to better understand your movement patterns and habits - all without pain, sweating or stretching!

- Explore a variety of movement in a new and fun ways
- Reduce discomfort,tension and pain
- Discover increased flexibility and coordination
- Learn comfortable and easier ways of moving

Who is it for?
All body types and levels are welcome. You work at your own pace and comfort during the class, so it doesn't matter if you've never tried Feldenkrais or you've been doing it for years.

How much does it cost?
The term costs $60 for 4 classes.
Casual rate $20 (subject to space being available).

What do I wear?
Please wear clothes (trousers) that you can move in easily. You don’t need any fancy sports gear and you definitely don't have to wear lycra! The classes are done barefoot so you won't need sports shoes.

What do I need to bring?
All you need to bring is yourself and a curiosity to learn.

Are other classes available? Yes!

Tuesday evening 5.30pm - 6.30pm - places available

Thursday morning 10:00am - 11:00am - places available

About the teacher:
Sarah is a Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner and a registered member of the New Zealand Feldenkrais Guild. She loves helping people (especially those 50-plus!) to rediscover and add more movement into their lives. Moving can be easy, playful and pain-free no matter what your age.
