Join a speciality small-group class grounded in movement, mindfulness and self-discovery.

Each Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement lesson will help you to better understand your movement patterns and habits. The variety of different movements in every lesson help to reconnect your brain and body - all without pain, sweating or stretching!

Who is it for?
All body types and levels are welcome. You work at your own pace and comfort during the class, so it doesn't matter if you've never tried Feldenkrais or you've been doing it for years.

When is it?
Tuesday night classes 5:30pm - 6:30pm.
The classes are held as 4-week series from Tuesday 6 March - Tuesday 27 March

Where is it?
Classes are held at the Movement Works Studio, 114 Harold Holt Avenue.

How much does it cost?
The 4-week term is $60.
Casual rate $20 (subject to space being available).

What to wear:
Please wear clothes (trousers or shorts) that you can move in easily. You don’t need any fancy sports gear and you definitely don't have to wear lycra! The classes are done barefoot so you don't need sports shoes either.

What to bring:
All you need to bring is yourself and a curiosity to learn.

Other classes:
Thursday morning 10:00am - 11:00am - places available
Wednesday night 5:30pm - 6:30pm - fully booked
