Reclaim your inner child in this workshop that allows you to be creative, without the pressure of a creative goal. In our fast-paced lives, it can be hard to make time for playfulness – now’s your chance!

In this fully facilitated experience, we are introduced to the scientific benefits of mindfulness for mental wellbeing. We then practice mindfulness the fun way - with sculpting clay.

Light refreshments included.
Beginners welcome. Recommended for ages 16 years and over.

This workshop is presented by CoLiberate, a Wellington-based organisation helping people to develop mental fitness and to value mental health just as much as physical health.

CoLiberate deliver Emotional Workouts and Mental Health First Aid Certificates across NZ. Find out more at coliberate.co.nz

This workshop is part of a weekend of events at Te Papa that will explore the relationship between the arts and wellbeing.
