These sessions are part of Sport Bay of Plenty's 'Spring Starter Series for Women'. This and six other activity options are on offer, targeted specifically to women as a way to get active, meet new people and try something new. Choose your preferred activity and register for the 6-week Series, starting in September.

Antigravity Yoga combines the joy of play with the triumph of mastering moves, gaining strength and flexibility, and cultivating awareness and presence. Our supportive hammocks aid you into positions you can't access on the floor. The beginner's course is accessible to all ages and abilities; we'll work at a pace that suits you, allowing you to grow and challenge yourself.

Numbers are limited so register now to secure your spot - you attend six sessions over six weeks for your payment.
