The penultimate in Bistronomy's Winemaker Series. Join wine maker Jason Stent of Paritua Winery as he explains the unique connection to the land his wines have.

The name Paritua is a tribute to the Paritua Stream, which meanders gently through the vineyard. The vineyard is planted over the historical riverbed of the nearby Ngaruroro River which flowed through pre the 1860s earthquake. It is a name that also acknowledges the connection with the land and the people of New Zealand.

Chef James Beck and the Bistronomy team will use this as inspiration to create a special 5 course menu matched to some of Jasons best wines

Be part of a five course exploration of the symbiosis of food and wine, with a personal explanation from the Restaurateur and Winemaker, all set in the heart of Napier at Bistronomy (Cusine Magazine: Best Regional Restaurant 2017).

The price includes five wine matched courses plus snacks
