This five-week course takes you on a journey to yourself. You will learn a full Dru Yoga sequence in depth exploring all layers of your being. The individual classes are designed to suit all levels of fitness and ability. Dru Yoga is very inclusive and offers modifications and stages for all postures. Sessions start with a fun Activation, moving the body in all directions to warm up the spine.

Afterwards, you'll move into an Energy Block Release Sequence which is a gentle series of flowing movements accompanied by directed breathing and visualizations. Then you will learn individual postures that will be added together into a beautiful sequence as the course progresses. The class concludes with a rejuvenating relaxation leaving you feeling calm and energized.

In committing to this journey, you will create space in your life for you, to move, breathe and feel. You will commit to connecting with yourself, the people around you and the beauty of this season- moving into spring. I will help you transition from the dormant inwards spiralling days of winter into new growth and action- a new circle of life.

Please feel free to get in touch if you would like to find out more.

About Antje:
German born and raised Antje has been living in Aotearoa for almost a decade. She first got in contact with Yoga in 2008 and has been practising ever since. Her childhood love for dance, natural health, and philosophy merge in her Yoga practice. She strives to deeply understand and embody her yogic experiences on and off the mat and make this truth accessible to others.

Antje aims to help find, strengthen and deepen the connection with our own Self as well as the connection to others by guiding her students towards a more heart-centred way of life.

Her teaching is influenced by the natural cycles - the seasons and the moon. She is aiming to help her students connect to their inner Self, nature and the cosmos by taking classes outside into the natural world whenever possible. Passionate about natural building and gardening she lives on a lifestyle block with her husband and her two sons.

(Next to Nectar Café on Princes St, opposite former Chief Post Office, take the lift or stairs to level one, we are beside the hairdresser).
