In the year 2017, I will continue to teach Wu Style Taichi 28 Forms.

Taichi is a traditional Chinese Martial Arts. It moves slow and graceful, it can make your body stronger, improve balancing, release pain. Especially for elder people. The movement is not aggressive so do not worry about getting injured when practicing Taichi. Actually, it can strengthen your muscles and joints, improve your body balance. By practicing continuously, you can have better life quality. Many Taichi masters are long lives.

Let's hear what the students say:
"Don't miss this chance! Learn and practice from a very patient teacher who leads class at just the right pace. I've found it both relaxing and really good for my balance and joints. Much better than any gym workout." - Lorayne
"I suffer from gout for years. It get worst in winters and I can barely walk in worst days. This winter the pain is much less and I am sure it is getting better and better. The only change is that I kept practicing Taichi in the last 9 months. It is so helpful and I will sure continue to practice." - Patrick

Taichi is for all people from young to old. You may feel it is very difficult at the beginning but, trust me, by practicing it every day you will be better and better. Just a little improvement a day, you will get a huge progress after a year. Be prepared to surprise yourself.
