World View takes a journey through the Dunedin Public Art Gallery collection, mapping the geographical strengths that have come to shape it over time.

From the Italian Renaissance, through Edo period Japan, to 20th century New Zealand art, this exhibition celebrates the history and diversity that gives this collection its unique character. Features work by Zanobi Machiavelli, Claude Monet, Jacques-Joseph Tissot, Georges Braque, Pablo Picasso, John Constable, Barbara Hepworth, Rita Angus, Lois White, Ralph Hotere, Jeffrey Harris, Gretchen Albrecht, Michael Parekowhai, Sidney Nolan, Arthur Boyd, Katsushika Hokusai, Utagawa Kunisada.

Ongoing. Gallery closed Christmas day.
