Music through the streets and malls of Hamilton for the Fête de la Musique (World Music Day). Hear everything from a big band to solo performers - at no cost!

Civic Square:
12:00pm - Latest Fallout (Pop Rock/R & B)
1:00pm - Rockaholics (80s, 90s Easy Acoustic, Rock and R & B)
2:30pm - Ivy Blue (Rock/Blues)

Victoria St South:
11:00am - Wai Taiko Drummers (Japanese rhythm and movement)
12:00pm - Hamilton Big Band (Glenn Miller, Jazz Standards, Rock and Roll)
1:15pm - Art Gecko (60s to 90s + Rock and jazz)

Diggers Bar, 17 Hood St - Blues Bands
12:30pm - Black Sheep
1:30pm - Conmen
2:30pm - Out of the Blue

Biddy Mulligan's - From 4pm - Celtic music.
Nivara Lounge - From 5pm - Speakeasy jazz.

The festival started in France, as a way to promote the performance of music, but it is now celebrated throughout the world - including in Hamilton.

This event is supported by the Hamilton branch of the Alliançe francaise, which promotes the French language and culture.
