How do you maintain a positive outlook when life keeps delivering bad news? Do you find external factors have too much control on the way you approach your day?

When reflecting on the end of 2016, challenging world events may have made it hard to maintain a sense of hope. With a huge variety of external factors throwing our capacity to stay hopeful off balance, how can we maintain a sense of hope and meaning when there seems little inspiration to do so?

How can we see hope as driving force to achieve positive change or even give us a sense of ongoing purpose?

Let’s unpack the value of staying hopeful and ponder ways to have more control over our own perspectives.

At CoLiberate, we love talking about what it takes to make wellbeing a priority. This is one from a series of wānanga offering a safe and facilitated space where we can come together to unpack our wellness experiences and learn from one another. Join us for a cuppa and a conversation about what's on top, share tools and tips and listen.

All welcome - $5 Koha for tea and vitamins. Teapot will be hot from 5pm!

You are welcome to make a full evening of it and stay to take this theme straight into Yoga at 7pm ($15).
