Is time an increasingly scarce resource in your life - or the arch-enemy of your best intentions? Do you catch yourself trying to stretch the time you do have out of shape by rushing through all aspects of your day?

It’s so hard to be present from moment to moment, to sit with any depth of experience, or to stay conscious of the way that our interactions affect others when we are rushing from place to place, both physically and mentally… but the alternative isn’t easy to put into action!

How do we get closer to living in a present and proactive way, rather than becoming addicted to a reactive and rushed state of being? How do we reintroduce Slow Time when the world is rushing around us?

Let’s unpack the cost of rushing, to both our intellectual and emotional availability and share stories to help with reframing our attitude towards time so that it can work with us rather than against us.

At CoLiberate, we love talking about what it takes to make wellbeing a priority. This is one from a series of wānanga offering a safe and facilitated space where we can come together to unpack our wellness experiences and learn from one another. Join us for a cuppa and a conversation about what's on top, share tools and tips and listen.

All welcome - $5 Koha for tea and vitamins. Teapot will be hot from 5pm!
You are welcome to make a full evening of it and stay to take this theme straight into Yoga at 7pm ($15).
