This week's topic we will share our experiences of is: Forgiveness and Healing

"It’s one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself, to forgive." - Maya Angelou.

How do we go about intentionally changing our feelings when we have felt hurt or let down?

It takes courage to forgive, and it can be hard to know whether we are ready to. How do we stay true to our needs and try to give ourselves the gift of forgiveness?

Without forgiveness, anger and resentment intensify: "Resentment is like a glass of poison that a man drinks; then he sits down and waits for his enemy to die." - Nelson Mandela.

Let’s talk about how we can know when we are ready to do the work of forgiveness, whether it’s always possible, and what processes help us to release our resentment.

At CoLiberate, we love talking about what it takes to make wellbeing a priority. This is one from a series of wānanga offering a safe and facilitated space where we can come together to unpack our wellness experiences and learn from one another. Join us for a cuppa and a conversation about what's on top, share tools and tips and listen.

All welcome - $5 Koha for tea and vitamins. Teapot will be hot from 5pm!

You are welcome to make a full evening of it and stay to take this theme straight into Yoga at 6:45pm ($15) or wind down with Mindful Clay Sculpting at 8:15pm ($15).
