Can you differentiate between the choices you make out of fear and the choices that you make from love?

How does fear show up in our day to day thinking? How can we let go of our addiction to feeding the fear, in an effort to live alongside it, so that we can become receptive to messages of possibility instead?

How can we manage the effects of fear in our choices, in how we relate to others, and in how we believe in ourselves - so that we can keep it from taking the driver’s seat?

Regaining power over our fear might begin with stripping fear bare and seeing what it’s made of… So where shall we start?

We love talking about what it takes to make wellbeing a priority. This is one from a series of wānanga offering a safe and facilitated space where we can come together to unpack our wellness experiences. Join us for a cuppa and a conversation about what’s on top, share tools and tips and listen.

We will take this theme into this week’s sessions on Monday and Thursday to connect, rejuvenate, build presence and generate ease in your life… You don’t have to attend all - it’s completely up to you!
