To launch the new 2017 Yoga Timetable at Studio Tula, we are running a week of free of charge yoga classes. To book your classes simply click on the link below, register with Mindbody (if you haven’t already) and choose which classes you would like to attend!

We are so excited to give you an opportunity to meet our amazing instructors, and to try out the diverse range of classes we have to offer.

How to make your reservation:
- Register with Mindbody or download the Mindbody app on your phone.
- Find Studio Tula Online by following the website like connected to this eventfinda listing.
- Make sure you have the dates 1–7 May 2017 selected while looking at the timetable.
- Spaces are strictly limited for this week. Please only book classes that you intend on attending.

Please bring your own yoga mat or hire one from reception for $2. Bring your own water filled bottle with you to class. You can also visit us at studiotula.nz for more info!

7–8pm - Vinyasa Flow with Kathy Harpur

- 3rd May
7:30–8:30am - Sunrise Kundalini Yoga As taught by Yogi Bhajan with Tera Dayal Kaur
12:05–12:55pm - Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Kathy Harpur
5:30–6:30pm - Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Kathy Harpur
7–8pm - Candlelit Meditative Yoga with Jasmin Amrita
