A powerful breathing technique that transforms anything.

Every time we get upset by something we can learn how to transform the situation into something meaningful. How? By applying this ancient breathing technique that quickly transforms our mind and our experiences.

This course will be given by Kelsang Pawo, a Buddhist monk who has extensive experience with this powerful meditation practice called “taking and giving”. He will help us realise that we can truly transform our problems, adversities, sickness and sorrows into a positive experience that will lead us on the path of spiritual growth.

You will learn through your own experience that when you integrate your breath with the very pure minds of love and compassion, it becomes a tool of transformative power beyond imagination.

Don’t miss this opportunity to help yourself and others by using your breath to change your reality. Everyone is welcome! No previous experience is necessary.
