Tim Armstrong and his band are the most experienced professional musicians in the Hamilton and Waikato area in New Zealand; they have all been playing professionally since around the age of 15.

They know hundreds of songs and can deliver them authentically. Tim is a versatile musician; he plays keyboard and guitar and can also sing anything from AC DC and the Beatles through to Dean Martin and The Foo Fighters.

The Tim Armstrong band appeals to all audiences because they play the songs to suit the crowd they are performing for – whether they are at a wedding, birthday party, conference, club, bar, hotel, vineyards or corporate function.

The Tim Armstrong band is based in Hamilton NZ. Its present line up is as follows:
- Nigel Sanderson (Drums) ex Fury, a 80s rock band also played for top overseas acts, such as John Rowles.
- Don McClumpha (Bass) from various Waikato bands, Fury and Black Jack.
- Tim Armstrong (guitar/Keys/lead Singer) from the Politicians a professional kiwi band (originally from Tokoroa, Waikato) which released several singles and made numerous television appearances in the mid 1980s.

The Abbey Road NZ Beatles show is also another opportunity for Tim to perform the music of one of his favourite bands; this show also features Don, Nigel and John Clarke.

Tim is also available as a solo artist, writes his own songs and TV commercials and performed on the good morning show with his Beatles tribute band and singing his own originals. He has released 13 solo albums in the past fifteen years.
