2017 is somewhat of an exciting milestone for drag performer Polly Filla - she celebrates 20 years of performing across Australasia!

Polly invites you to join her for an intimate night of performance where she spills the T on life and love on and offstage, From growing up in Petone to becoming the Queen of Wellington to moving across the ditch to Melbourne; highlights and challenges she's had along the way, and her candid thoughts and opinions looking toward the future... and performs her favourite performances from the past 20 years.

A multimedia performance consisting of filmed interviews, archival footage and live (lipsynched) performance, “The Life and Times of the Divine Miss P!” also offers a rare look at Colin McLean – the man behind the makeup and the maker of all Pollys’ astonishing costumes and his musings of 20 years of “dressing up as a woman and running around on stage in heels miming the words to other people's songs.”

Part gender illusionist, part slapstick clown, Polly Filla promises you an entertaining, comedic and at times moving performance.

Three shows only - don't miss it!

Part of the 2017 Wellington Pride Festival.
