Mariya Shiyyko is Assistant Professor of Health and Psychology at Northeastern University.

Mariya is in NZ and has offered to put on a workshop at short notice. The cost is by donation.

This min-workshop will be on creativity and mindfulness and well-being. Mariya will give a presentation on the importance of play. Then we will play.
