Get along to the Diva Bar at 10 Napier Road in Havelock North - Mack will be there to entertain you with his increasing repertoire of original acoustic tunes, both familiar and new including Dreams of Crying, Feather, Knuckles, Lotus Love, The Monster and Me, The Boy from Appalachia, Gone From Me, Red to Fade, Everything I Need, Live to Play, Misty, Hail, Never Want, Green to Grey, Oblivion, Rasta Man, Sully J, Autumn, One Man Band, The Man I Was Raised to Be, Vampire, Old Rock Band.

Mack’s setlist also incorporates some contemporary folk and rock, interpreting artists such as Springsteen, ACDC, Red Hot Chillis, Chet Faker, Fleetwood Mac, Michael Jackson and more.

Described by Rock Radio UK as "one of the best guitarists in the land and New Zealand’s best kept secret", Mack's original mix of rock, folk, blues and soul, as well as covers of tunes you know and love, is amazing to hear. Its a great fit for the Diva Bar & Bistro which has risen to iconic status in Havelock North Village as a moody hangout featuring globally influenced meals and cocktails.

The Extended Session with Fraser Mack by Sarah Cates, The Hook, October 2017. His originals have a maturity that belie his youth. The lyrics are written from the heart, sung with passion, and played with supremacy from his acoustic guitar. Mack uses his whole guitar. The neck, the body, the strings. The entire instrument is exploited.

It is his percussion that creates the melody, and makes the performance. It’s guitar gymnastics…
