Mindfulness In Schools: Pause, Breathe, Smile Free Information Seminar.

Pause, Breathe, Smile (PBS) is New Zealand’s only locally developed and researched mindfulness in schools programme, aligned to the New Zealand Education Curriculum and incorporating Te Whare Tapa Whā.

Become certified to teach the evidence-based Pause, Breathe, Smile programme: give learners skills that will help them to flourish now and in the future.

PBS Educator Certification is high-quality comprehensive training with accompanying audio, video and print resources.
