Tai Chi Sessions:
With experienced qualified coach Master Haogui Chen, the winner of a number of Tai Chi competitions in China.

*Weather permitting.

The Dunedin Tai Chi club is a non-profit society, however, a gold coin donation at each session would be gratefully appreciated.

Club membership is encouraged and is $15 per year. Join now and support the club. Advantages of membership includes social activities and events.

Tai Chi is body exercise combination of awareness, breathing, and movements. It is suitable for young and old and is extremely beneficial for seniors. It is a good physical treatment for less-healthy people. For healthy people, it will help avoid health problem in the future.

Through Tai Chi training, we can enhance awareness of our body, strengthen and protect against infection and ageing and achieve peace of mind.

The gentle movement of Tai Chi increases muscular strength, flexibility and fitness, while also improving balance, immunity and relaxation of mind and body.

Tai Chi is beneficial for neck pain, shoulder pain, back pain, spine strain, arthritis, diabetes, high blood pressure, respiratory diseases, lack of stamina, constipation and endocrine disorder.

Come along for a look, have a try and experience the unique benefits of Tai Chi.

*When doing Tai Chi please wear loose fitting pants (tight pants, jeans etc impede extended postures) and flat bottom shoes (thin soles are best), in order to achieve correct postures and avoid injury and discomfort.
