Tai Chi is body exercise combination of perception (awareness and understanding of body), breathing and strength. It is suitable for young and old and is extremely beneficial for seniors. It is a good physical treatment for less-healthy people. For healthy people it will help avoid health problem in the future.

Through Tai Chi training, we can enhance awareness of our body, strengthen and protect against infection and ageing and achieve peace of mind.

The gentle movement of Tai Chi increases muscular strength, flexibility and fitness, while also improving balance, immunity and relaxation of mind and body.

Tai Chi is beneficial for neck pain, shoulder pain, back pain, spine strain, arthritis, diabetes, high blood pressure, respiratory diseases, lack of stamina, constipation and endocrine disorder.

Come along for a look, have a try and experience the unique benefits of Tai Chi.

*When doing Tai Chi please wear loose fitting pants (tight pants, jeans etc impede extended postures) and flat bottom shoes (thin soles are best), in order to achieve correct postures and avoid injury and discomfort.
