We're excited to bring a dawn event to celebrate DOC's Conservation Week 2017 in South Auckland.

At this event we aim to gather local communities together to watch a beautiful sunrise with a short walk, talk and kiwi breakfast whilst sharing our love for our backyard treasures in South Auckland such as Totara Park.

AGENDA:
6:00 am - Welcome and Maori Blessing.
6:30 am - Kiwi Breakfast & Sunrise.
7:15 am - Totara Park Guided Walks.
8:30 am - Depart.

WALKS:
Option 1 - Detecting pest animals with DOC Ranger, Sandra Jack.
Option 2 - Native Fish trap and release with Paul Woodard from Afishionado.

Please meet near Totara Park look out, next to 78 Goodwood Drive Manurewa, look for MBCT flags. It is recommended you wear suitable lace-up footwear. Notification via Facebook event page if canceled due to weather conditions.
