Sometimes we all need a little reset. After this yoga burst, you’ll feel clear-headed, calm and energised, ready for winter season.

This class includes a variety of postures to enliven your senses and to stretch and strengthen your body, as well as time for relaxation and meditation.

Harmonising breath and movement to energise your body as well as calm and centre your mind. You’ll leave feeling revitalised and re-balanced, your immune system will be strengthened.

About:
Annette Hammerschmidt grew up in Germany where she studied Physiotherapy and Sports. Her studies included breathing therapy, massage, relaxation therapy, autogenic training, post isometric relaxation techniques, mindfulness training, body exercise, stretching and yoga. She qualified as Physiotherapist in 2008 and as Vinyasa Flow Yoga teacher in 2009.

Through a personal interest in mind-body awareness, she continued to practise meditation, yoga and mindfulness intensively. Today she can look back on 8 years experience in teaching groups and one-to-one to improve people’s health and wellbeing. While travelling through Europe, South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand she experienced many different cultures and ways of life, as well as practised a variety of different yoga styles.
