The Dunedin Sound was born in the 1980s and its legacy is a well-developed music scene that is popular with locals as well as visitors to the city.

Enjoy a leisurely afternoon exploring Dunedin’s early character, culture, technology, art and fashion at Toitū Otago Settlers Museum before settling in to experience a variety of Dunedin music.

The event will also feature an entrant to the ‘Robbie Rocks’ competition, an annual event where musicians put poetry to music to celebrate Robbie Burns’ birthday.
