What society do we want? How do we get there?
These are burning questions we all must face if we are to co-create a more equal, free, prosperous and Earth-caring world for ourselves and those who come after us.

Martin Large is known for his innovation in social thinking and for working with communities to co-create our future. His work spans community-owned organic farmland and affordable housing trusts and schools, the commons such as community supported and urban agriculture, social businesses and environmental and social change projects.

Martin is in our country as keynote speaker at a symposium on "Echoes from the future: What is our response?" and touring NZ to inquire into 'commonwealth' community initiatives, civic projects and social businesses. Martin is a prolific author of books such as Social Ecology, Futures that Work and Commonwealth.
