Schlunted - An original kiwi musical, back by popular demand.
Book by Adam Spedding, music and lyrics by Brayden Jeffrey.

It's been years since high school pals 'The Threeway' have caught up with each other, so a reunion camping trip seems like a great idea. But after a couple of gatecrashers and one car crash, their weekend away turns into life on the run.

Prepare to be Schlunted.
This dark comedy contains some rude bits and words.

- Sinead Fitzgerald
- Sally Brady
- Hadley R. Taylor
- Bernie Voice
- Jocelyn Scott
- Fin McLaughlan
- and Brady Peeti

Directed by Adam Spedding.
Musical Direction by Brayden Jeffrey.

Last year The Other People attempted the unthinkable: Write, produce, rehearse, and open an original two-act musical within one hundred days. The result was Schlunted, a brand new kiwi production, featuring a cast of seven, and band of four, and 20 original songs.

This year, Schlunted is back by popular demand, and better than ever before!

The Other People are:
Adam Spedding - Adam graduated from NASDA in 2014, directed the Basement Theatre’s sell-out season of the musical Twisted, popular NZ Short+Sweet Festival shows He's a Bleeder, and Who's The Mother? and most recently, wrote and directed the 2016 season of Schlunted.

Brayden Jeffrey - Brayden studied Pop Music at the University of Auckland and was a finalist in the University’s Songwriter of the Year competition two years in a row. As an accomplished musician and songwriter, Brayden plays performs with his band Duck Duck Goose. He composed the music, wrote the lyrics, and was musical director of the 2016 season of Schlunted.

Hadley R. Taylor - Hadley moved to Auckland two years ago from Dunedin, where he co-founded the production company Counterpoint, as well as regularly performing at Fortune theatre. Since moving up north to study under Michael Saccente he has appeared in several productions including; Dust Palace’s Ithaca as Antero, as Aladdin in Twisted at the Basement Theatre, and on screen in the short film SAM334, and Shortland St.

The Other People exists to create original New Zealand work, experiment with multi-platform entertainment, and provide creative opportunities for people of all ages.
