Stress is a part of everyday life and affects us all in different ways. What one person considers to be a healthy and manageable amount of stress, another person can become overwhelmed by.

Research is now showing us what effect stress is having on our bodies in a way that is both exciting and alarming. As we find out more about what is happening biologically when we are persistently under pressure, we are able to nourish our bodies to become more resilient to stress.

At this workshop, you will learn about what happens in your brain during times of stress and anxiety, investigate your own triggers and responses, learn what nutrients play a key role in stress reduction and resilience, and how we can help you find an individual solution for your specific stress.
Relax and unwind in the clinic and one-on-one at the conclusion of the talk if you wish.
