'Rapanui- the song of stone' has been touring around NZ since February. It is a one-person show that was created on Rapa Nui (Easter Island, Chile) with a dawn visit to Rapanui (Shag Rock, Christchurch) by creator, Lisa Allan.

The show comes from stone. Stone has a tale to tell, a tale that reaches to the stars and has a place on Earth. Discover a cosmic story carved out through myth, imaginings, song and physicality. A child flees a far off planet, a native American woman leads her tribe across the ocean and Rapanui, the great sternpost gently guides us home.

Listen to Lisa Allan interviewed by Sally Round on Radio NZ- http://www.radionz.co.nz/audio/player?audio_id=201832643

Get tickets at Eventfinda or on the door. There will be complimentary nibbles and a cuppa after the show.
