A workshop for women.
A conversation about our joy, our power, our sexuality.
A time to experience a connection with yourself and other women through creativity, dance, gentle yoga, sound journey meditation, shared experience, and fun.

Women are an amazing and often unacknowledged resource. Our bodies hold the answers to our freedom, to enable us to fully engage in our lives. Keeping up with the schedules, work, children, and home life often means that time for us is neglected. This is a weekend all about you, in your magnificence. We invite you to step into a world of sisters in relaxation and conversation with accompanied meditation, luscious music, and beautiful company. Tap into your feminine energy, radiance, and depth so that Radiant Sexy You can shine through every aspect of your life.

Meet and greet Friday with the first workshop 9.30am Saturday 19th August and finish 4 pm Sunday 20th August. You are welcome from Friday night and there will be gentle morning yoga at 7.30am Saturday and Sunday. There will be presentations and workshops exploring the anatomy of our female sexual body, our stories and our relationship to her, and a Radiance night Saturday night and Awakening Dance on Sunday with a closing ceremony that will consolidate our intentions and hopes to carry us forward. Our desire is to empower and support each other, collectively and individually. The venue is the beautiful surroundings of Dune Lakes Lodge in Southhead just 60 mins from Auckland.

Participation in anything is optional and you are welcome to come and rest and be supported in the company of other beautiful women or the surrounding nature if that is what you need.

Price includes all activities and shared accommodation Friday and Saturday night. Bedding is included, please bring your own towel. Friday night is a meet and greet at 8.30pm after finding your room and settling in. There will be breakfast, fruits, snacks and teas and lunch provided and Dune Lakes make cafe-style coffee on-site which will be available to support their charity work with horses. Saturday night there will be wood fired pizza or nachos and salad for $12 from Dune Lakes again to support their charity. You are also welcome to bring your own for Saturday night. The food will be vegetarian with vegan options so please let us know if you are vegan, dairy free, sugar-free, anything free.

About Us:
Kim started her journey with a BA in Psychology from Auckland University with a special interest in gender issues and now works as a full-time bodyworker and qualified yoga instructor and Holistic Health Trainer/Teacher. She is the director and owner of Flow Body Therapy.
She says “I love to work with people, I love to teach and to move and to help others do so. What has given me the strength to pursue my dreams and finally feel whole after many disconnected years is the discovery of true power, sourced deep within and my acceptance of myself, connection to my sexuality and sensuality and my essential nature in this woman's body. There is so much I didn't know, that wasn't talked about, ancient wisdom of the women that somehow stopped being given to our young women. I believe that we need our community, our Sisterhood, to find strength in our support and encouragement of each other so that we can live radiantly for our loved ones, our world, our friends and most importantly for ourselves.”

Janet has been practicing intimate connection and tantra for 6 years. Her journey to discover pleasure has brought her to discover deeply within herself how to release the story and live fully and present.
A teacher at heart, she has also journeyed through the ISTA program and is now involved in women's motivational work. Her passions lie in encouraging women to find their power in their pleasure. She has been involved in lifestyle fitness since her early 20s and knows how important it is to keep the body healthy, happy and in ease.

May you be well, may you be happy, may you be radiant.
