Introduction in Qigong practices:
Qigong is to be energised to health and happiness, but there are some misconceptions about Qigong such as qigong is slow movements or Qigong is for elderly people. Qigong is still a mystery for many people.

This Qigong workshop is to aim to clear the mystery of Qi and help you to understand how Qigong will develop your health and happiness.

During the workshop, you will get some experiences: find out about Qi, correct posture, some Qigong exercises for organs and energy flow, breathing exercise and Qigong meditation.

Qigong practice is a beneficial exercise in modern life for your health and happiness. Qigong is for everyone. Calm the mind, a more energetic life, get rid of unnecessary negative feeling and improve your emotional state, improves mobility and flexibility of your body, correct your posture, strengthen internal organs and stimulates nervous system, etc.

If you are seeking suitable exercise for developing your health, come along to this Qigong workshop. You will learn what the Qi is, what exactly the Qigong practice is, and you also do actual practicing of Qigong during workshop.
